REASON: The most popular weight loss method is diet and refuse the attraction of the fridge. Diet supporters suggest that strictly plant a recipe is not long term way to control your weight. Diet allows you eat what you want, but, only you eat you feel you need to and hungry. And once you get fool, you must stop immediately. This is the meaning of diet.

IS THAT REALLY WORKS?

If you control yourself very well, this method works. However, you are not a self controlled person, you will get failed using this method.

IS THAT HEALTHY?

The answer is still No. This method does not emphasize to choose the food with low fat and rich nutrition.

GOOD POINT

This method suggest a concept of real hungry and full. It allow people to recognize the difference between the amount of you eat and you real need to eat when you hungry.

POTENTIAL RISK

This method emphasizes you can not eat until you have to eat. Just as many experienced people, they just got opposite result, they usually eat much more than before.

BALANCE

This method dos not give a suggestion of food combination.
